Please notice the lovely collection of stylized peacocks. Peacocks are associated with nobility and abundance. Their colorful plumes represent a great beauty and splendor that is at once earthly and heavenly. These attributes are recognized as both, an external wealth from the divine and an inner richness that could be cultivated within oneself.
The beauty and the value of vintage or antique rugs are hidden in the uniqueness by the personal touch of the master weaver from the tools that they have or had available to them. Due to these old processes, the rugs may not have straight lines or square corners. Moreover, even with our best intention to inspect these rugs, they may have some old repair, or some spot that may not be easy to see. Please bid accordingly.
